Welcome! I feel excitement you are here.
Specializing in relationships, mindfulness, anxiety, depression, life purpose, ownership, and parent-child dynamics, my passion is guiding your individuation and liberation of mind, body, and soul—deepening your self-relationship and revealing greater meaning, clarity, and power.
By understanding your family origins and how you relate to yourself and life, it is possible to transform reactions and patterns, embrace true freedom and experience lasting transformation. In our work together, we’ll shift perceptions, heal emotional wounds, build emotional intelligence, and enrich relationships.
Discovering my Métis ancestry and motherhood has been key to my own deep healing and purpose. Embracing these roots has allowed me to guide clients through relational transformations and live from their divinity. I believe that when we are seen and held in our true nature, life’s magic unfolds naturally. My approach is deeply informed by my lived experience and gained wisdom as a mature woman and mother. I blend personal insight with a diverse and specialized training background offering evidence-based modalities alongside integrative healing practices ensuring a truly comprehensive and holistic approach to your wellbeing. While I am trauma-informed and trained from a western-psychology perspective, my holistic approach has its roots in eastern philosophy.
My counselling work integrates Attachment Theory, Feminine Somatics and Polyvagal Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Satir Therapy, Developmental Psychology, and Spiritual Psychology. My coaching integrates some of the above with Results-Focused Therapy, Frequency Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and the Human Design and Gene Keys systems to support your evolution of self and business.
Passionate about music, hiking, photography, design, travel, flowers, and slow food; supporting women’s health, daily immersion in nature and cherishing moments with my daughter are what make my heart sing. I reside and operate my private counselling and coaching practice in beautiful Victoria, BC, on the sacred and ancestral lands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Esquimalt) and the W̱SÁNEĆ nations.
